Malayalam star Dileep is back in the spotlight with Prince & Family, a feel-good family comedy-drama that has won hearts at the box office and is now headed to the digital space.
The film will begin streaming exclusively on ZEE5 starting June 20, 2025, just over a month after its theatrical release on May 9. Viewers can catch it in multiple languages with subtitles, making it widely accessible across regions.
Directed by debutant Binto Stephen and written by Sharis Mohammed, the movie follows Prince, a bridal boutique owner whose search for a life partner takes an unexpected turn. Dileep leads the cast, alongside Raniya Raanaa, Dhyan Sreenivasan, Siddique, Bindu Panicker, and Manju Pillai.
The film has been one of the actor’s biggest hits in recent years, reportedly collecting ₹26 crore at the box office—his most successful since 2017’s Ramaleela. Critics praised its blend of humor and emotional storytelling, with family themes that struck a chord with audiences.
ZEE5 will offer the film with dubbing in Tamil, Telugu, and Kannada, along with subtitles in English and other regional languages. The release aligns with a broader trend of Malayalam films premiering on streaming platforms through mid-June.
