Housefull 5 is all set to bring the laughs on June 6, 2025, and it’s already making waves! Directed by Tarun Mansukhani and backed by Sajid Nadiadwala’s Nadiadwala Grandson Entertainment, this fifth chapter of the hit comedy franchise has sold about 30,000 tickets in advance bookings, according to M9 News. With a whopping ₹225 crore budget on the line (not counting marketing costs), this cruise-set comedy is pulling out all the stops to be a box office banger.

The movie’s got a crazy stacked cast—think Akshay Kumar, Riteish Deshmukh, Abhishek Bachchan, Sanjay Dutt, Jackie Shroff, plus Jacqueline Fernandez, Nargis Fakhri, and Sonam Bajwa, just to name a few. What’s got everyone talking is the film’s wild twist: two different endings with different killers, called Housefull 5A and Housefull 5B. It’s a first for Bollywood and sounds like a total riot! Add in the classic Housefull chaos—slapstick gags, mistaken identities, and over-the-top drama—and you’ve got a recipe for fun. The film’s hitting over 5,000 screens across India, the biggest release yet for the franchise.

Ticket sales are off to a solid start, especially in places like Mumbai, Delhi, and Pune. The trailer, with Nana Patekar’s epic narration, teases a hilarious murder mystery involving characters like Jalabuddin and Jalbhushan fighting over an inheritance. But it’s not all smooth sailing—Housefull 5 is going head-to-head with Kamal Haasan’s Thug Life at the box office, which could split the crowd. To make its mark, the film’s banking on a big opening day, hopefully raking in ₹20-25 crore to justify that massive budget.

With some of the costs already covered by non-theatrical deals, the pressure’s on for theaters to bring in the big bucks. That dual-ending gimmick might just get fans back for a second watch, and if people are laughing as hard as they did with past Housefull films, this could be a winner. Akshay and the gang are ready to deliver, so grab your popcorn—this one’s gonna be a wild ride!
